- Requirements before: in order to understand you right, we should sit together and discuss your needs for each iteration
- Agile approach: discussion will not continue forever, once a certain piece of needs is clear, we move to development of the iteration. During the current iteration next one can be discussed
- QA is must: each iteration ends with our QA process before we deliver the demo to you
- Frequent demos: we show you what we did after each iteration to keep you updated on progress and be ready to changes
